Andrew Smith with SaveParleys.org will address the Yalecrest Neighborhood Council about the 634-acre open pit mine proposed for the canyon and Megan Roy, Salt Lake City’s urban forestry department, will inform residents about caring for trees in the neighborhood.

Discussion of the $425,000 CIP grant awarded to Yalecrest resident Jim Webster, which called for trail, wall and ADA improvements in Miller Park, will be postponed at least until March. We will keep you updated.
